cocaine hidden in public bathroom

the packaging has me thinking. the average user buys in half grams or grams, you can't break up a gram into to halves without a scale but you can sell two half grams as a gram. so, 12 packages, each weighing just over 40 grams which is 20 little packs of half a gram each. which makes this the drug stash for the people who sell/supply street level drug dealers. when they run out and call for a resupply. a guy would go get a package and deliver it to the drug dealers

if you're wondering why the guy didn't keep it, it's a lot of cocaine to have for recreational purposes and selling it comes with it's own problems. it's worth 15k on the street to users. a dealers not going to pay that price,  maybe as high as 7k, which isn't a lot of money but they don't have to pay you since you've got no recourse
