We're at the top of the food chain by miles, have the capability to wipe out all life on the planet & have signed agreements to prevent war. Of course it's natural to compete but we're smart enough not to use war to do it. The world is getting too small for that shit & we lose more than we gain.

Our whole society is based around competition, competition = war! (eventually). Carl Sagan wrote about it in his last book, talking about how football(American) is basically two warring factions and that people just naturally love war. That's why American football is SOOO popular in America.
