His ability to compare apples and oranges is remarkable.
He has a (inadvertant, obviously) point, though, albeit not because people flush more often but because the modern water efficient toilets flush enough water to reliably drain the toilet but often not enough to completely flush it into the main sewer causing congestion and the need for cleaning at a higher frequency. This is not as bad as it sounds as potable water isn't (should not be) used for the procedure.
