The guy was NOT sentenced for "murder" but most likely for "vehicular manslaughter". The rest of this babble is just the scottish cunt's opinion, who obviously believes he knows better sitting in his "studio" thousands of miles away than the judge and jury that tried and sentenced the accused based on the evidence presented in court.

Actually Daft, in this instance the defense successfully argued our friend was near black-out drunk and not entirely responsible for his actions... I hope the Americans are taking notes. 😂

In Germany there are similar stupid laws regarding not being fully responsible of ones actions whilst heavily intoxicated (regardless of this was induced voluntarily or not). TBH I don't get this. If one can't handle their drug of choice then they should make sure they are not in a position to operate a vehicle or other machinery before taking shit.
However if you would lose your license following an incident like this you must submit to extensive physical and psychological testing before getting the chance to get ist back.
