you know, cops at times, miss upwards of 50% of shots they take and they take targeting practice. anybody else is probably going to miss about the same. so the only reasonable solution is to start arming kids

I agree with subroutine, it wouldn't have happened if the kids would have guns too. They could have calmly aimed out of the child seat through the back window and offed the driver.
Only if the whole population is armed there will be no such incidents!
