The lack of supplies and what not can be just a supply issue, maybe they are just putting them on the front lines, who cares, really, BUT what is concerning is the hazing of, robbery of, and beating of new recruits. I have heard this a few times now about what goes on, as this guy says, and that IS a huge fucking problem. Demoralizing, dehumanizing, creating resentment in the ranks, lack of confidence and self esteem of a soldier is detrimental. What the fuck are they thinking? You cant do that kind of shit. This aint fucking prison. You want to rob and beat a guy that you depend on later to get your back? Or not fucking shoot you in the back? Or to carry your ass out of a battlefield when you are injuried? Such a bad thing to have happen.
