spitballing this I think it's only a matter of time before Russian armed forces are invited into those newly established republics, then the Ukraine military will stand down & the diplomatic fallout begins - sanctions on Russia, yanks coming after Nord Stream II. If Ukraine does stop their aggression now then that makes it harder to sanction Russia so I think they'll be told to keep pushing until Russia "invades" DPR/LPR.
could be that Russia uses non-uniformed soldiers again like Crimea to give some cover but they'll wanna bring in some heavy weapons I'd say ... if they want to stabilize the region which has been their main concern for about 7 years. I'd love to know what Moscow's telling Kyiv right now. They'll be telling them to stop "or else" you'd think.

US just talked a load of shit as usual, trying to hype further destabilization.
next step is seeing what sanctions package yanks & britbongs are going to put together & how much buy-in they'll get from the eurofags. They're in a scramble & didn't see this coming. You can tell by the propaganda they've rolled out in the past 8 hrs. German state propaganda is not really condemning Russia at this point from what I've seen. NS2 may still have hope but the yanks are gonna keep doing what they can to kill it.
