Years ago some asshole cop stopped someone on a bridge blocking traffic so he could write his tickets, as I drove past I yelled at him saying "Thanks for blocking traffic asshole" and he "ordered" me to pull over, I just gave him the finger and kept driving. Best thing you can do!
