Yes, that is reckless disregard of life, but what you are condoning is the killing of speeders. So, instead of a radar gun the cops should just stand on the side of the road and shoot at vehicles that are speeding. Or better yeah maybe they should just shoot drunk drivers, since that is considered reckless endangerment as well. How the fuck do people like you make it through life without any logical sense? You are just as dumb as dumbcunt.

Perhaps some of your reccomendations are a little extreme, not really surprising considering your previous rantings, but please rethink! Or even think???

"You can't dooooo that because a guy doesn't want to show his ID" Well this is not quite what happened, is it.

The offence ceased to be important once the guy started escaping at reckless speed endangering others. That is why the incident escalated.

From what I can see from the video the cop timed the PIT quite well before entering a populated area (the pick up driver had shown his disregard for other peoples' lives during the persuit), waiting for a gap in incoming before attempting the maneouvre (he then showed his incompetence by not braking immediately after).

Whether or not this was legally justified I don't know. Why they did not use spike strips I don't know neither. This will probably come out in an investigation.

The commentator is a retired cop with tons of experience and training, I will take his analysis over yours. He said a pit maneuver at that rate of speed IS use of deadly force, no different than if they shot at his vehicle. Does that make sense to you? And you think it is OK to kill someone who is speeding? You got a few screws loose buddy! Maybe kissing those boots for too long has defected your brain!

Side note: If you think going that fast IS reckless endangerment then wouldnt every cop that speeds around doing the same IS recklessly endagering people as well? Why is it OK for cops to recklessly disregard the safety of the public?

Cops should be trained to drive at higher speeds as they should be trained for all their equipment plus their equipment should be suitable for the job, at least this is how it is in the developed world.

We can clearly see (unless we wear our "all cops are bad" blinkers) that the way the cops were driving was hugely different from how the perp was driving.

Also I just gave my (layman's of course) opinion on the incident, nothing more or less.

And you keep on wondering why people think you sound retarted....

How do you not know the guy in the pickup wasnt properly trained? Maybe he is a race car driver. What difference does trainging make when at those speeds, outside of a racetrack, is dangerous to all around and all involved. A pit maneuver at those speeds would almost always result in the death of the driver. Again:

Again: Your blinkered vision lets you only see inside your tiny little box.

Now please tell me to "wake up" and "pull my head out of the sand". So we can move on and I can have an intelligent conversation with someone else.
