I voted "banned" but want to add "in certain situations" like at passport control, when driving a car (if the oh so free burqa wearing muslim woman is allowed to do so, ROFL) etc.
As I don't gemerally care about the religious headgear people are wearing.
As a religious leader I opressed my underlings to wear their hats too:
I also make them hunt down and feast on members of competing sects - until only the flyer remains:

Being forced to wear a burqua is a completely separate issue.
*This does not apply to certain places and scenarios where security is a concern, such as airports*
