Amish Children Don't Get ADHD - Johann Hari | Joe Rogan

Thoughts?

In my experience teaching it's very clear it comes down to parenting. Parents who let their kids out often, take them out often, but still instill in them the skill of controlling themselves when it's time to settle down have the most capable kids.

But would like to hear any other experiences and alternative hypothesis.

Sugar and the overall diet might play a big part in it too. Sugar is like crack for kids and it's in everything.

The missing component in adhd kids is FOCUS.

Focus requires interest and the right amount of challenge according to your current aptitude in a given task.

Stay focused then you BREAK THROUGH into FLOW STATE which is one of your most prized life experiences that most people don't even know about.

It is also your highest consciousness state without enlightenment work. Everything feels effortless, there is no self agenda, Life is beautiful as is, and you have everything you emotionally desire.
