There was no earlier interaction, these two had never met until this day; I've been keeping up with the story as it moves along.  As much as you would like to shift some of the blame onto the customer, the simple fact is that there now exists a group of young-ish people in the United States whose minds have been rotted with neo-Marxist garbage that any reminder of the fact they lost the 2016 election will drive utterly bat shit insane, to point that they will throw logic to the wind any ruin their lives just to virtue signal at the person who triggered them.

• FIRST, nobody expects those people to STFU and GTFU.
• SECOND, the only thing the guy said before the mental break down occurred was "I need some strawberry vape juice for my wife."
• THIRD, the employee was just that, an employee and the customer was not violating any policies by wearing political attire.  The employee was not authorized to deny service.  The employee was simply refusing to do his job because again, he mental abilities have become retarded by neo-Marxism.
• FORTH, one can only assume he recorded it because he knew how much SJWs love to make up shit against people they're attacking.  Without video evidence the little cuckboy could have made any sort of bullshit, which typically includes, as you have shown, false and malicious accusations of racism.  It just so happened that the incident went far beyond what the guy thought would just be belligerent refusal of service and turned into a full blow retard rage rit.
• LASTLY, in a follow up video posted to the guys facebook page, he films himself talking with the owner, A BLACK WOMAN, and telling everyone angry with the shop that it wasn't the shops fault, that he had been there many times and it was just the one ginger dude acting like a god damn idiot.
