Why is Colin Kaepernick mentioned in the same sentence as Martin Luther King?

And why can't anyone see what is really going on?

Once corporations indefinitely control the message of racism or any other cause rather than pandering to them for profit, they control the targeted audience. Which means they decide what the targeted audience is and how much profit they'll gain. They are trying to secure the success of any future product, because their product will have a superior moral incentive, and they will also control that message whatever that may be going forward in this fluidly defined modern world.

Not unlike how the Democratic Party hijacked every "progressive" cause under the sun to secure their votes indefinitely. Not unlike how the largest silicon valley tech companies in the world were the first to adapt Social Justice motivated strategies, because most of their labor force are students recruited from ultra liberal campuses where the the far left ideology of neo-communism currently reigns. And of course this eventually(quickly) leads to these same students becoming leaders in the industry pushing those same "progressive" ideas.

If a group can form to affect public opinion on wearing animal fur on an international scale, they can affect the fashion industry internationally. And it did. All it took was a few videos of what wasn't even considered animal abuse for decades, posted on social media, and now nobody wears real fur anymore. Nobody wants it. People will shame you in public for wearing real fur at McDonalds. You know. McDonalds? The place where you eat the flesh of animals taken out of their natural habitat, force bred for the single purpose of slaughter and consumption.

How sacred are people's beliefs? Really? Religion is not even off the table. Nike got history with this type of shit.

They made the hijab, the religiously motivated act of suppressing women's rights, into a product, and put their own logo on it because of their consumers' vast ignorance. How long until they figure out these corporations are probably trying to patent hijab and other religious clothing? How long until I can buy a small carpet with the words "NIKE - PRAY HARD"? and the inevitable virtue signal advertisement with a bunch of kids playing soccer, who all abruptly stops the game to pray on their Nike™ Anti-Scrubs Technology-Laced Praying Mattress? And the angry white dad yelling furiously at his son in the background because he sat down to do the same as all his friends.

A few years ago I would write that sarcastically just to prove a point, but now I seriously see this as a realistic scenario that will probably take place in one shape or another.

Now, hopefully this social justice failure on Nike's part proves that they can fuck the whole thing up by themselves. But consider that one day you'll be able to go to jail for hate crimes for criticising a corporation(i.e Nike because they make religious clothing now and engage in activism). Think about that. How long do you think until that is reality? I'll give it a couple of years.

Maybe even less.
