I wondered if it was just stress behavior until 4:20 and then it looked to be clearly about the music. Maybe that chimp used to be in a circus or something.

After 3:00 as he begins to actually sway and clap to the music, off and on, he has his tongue stuck out. That can be a sign of intense concentration associated with cognitive flow - all faculties are focused on responding to the music.
