Russia's 3 New Weapons

The torpedo is more likely to target enemy naval force than civilians.

US Navy has been a paper tiger for decades anyway. It's only useful for making war on natioins like Iraq/Yemen. Russia or China would sink it with ease.

I think the US navy could be Half as effective as China and Russia combined and still dominate through sheer numbers.

The nuclear torpedo is usable only in the 'everything is lost, let us salt all the earth' situation. The name is pretty much a dead give-away. Due to ocean currents Russia would also have to deal with the radioactive water and steam and whatnot. Plus it's either a 'first strike in nuclear holocaust' or 'dead-man switch' weapon. It's a deterrent weapon, not a 'usable nuclear weapon'. The second clip has an odd claim. Why would being nuclear powered mean it's loud? Combustion engines produce noise. If the thing is literally nuclear powered then it probably boils water and turns a turbine which probably produces some noice due to friction but as much as a diesel engine on regular submarines? Doubtful.

Multiple projectiles in the third clip. Fascinating idea for an actual usable nuclear weapon. Low enough yields per warhead to ensure low fallout and multiple warheads to guarantee mission success. Afaik America never went that way neither in their heavy ICMB' nor their lighter versions. Their Titans for example seemed to carry only as large payloads as possible. Ensuring maximum fallout but limited probability of mission success.

But whatever the case, we're at two minutes to midnight. Really wish NATO would stop their cold war tactic of limiting Russian influence in the world in any and all ways possible. It only leads to conflict which is then used as a justification for more war and weapons. Possibly ultimately leading to nuclear war.

NATO should be dispanded or Russia should be part of it.

Exactly. Or the whole NATO organisation should be dismantled as the sole reason for its existance, the Soviet Union, collapsed nearly two decades ago. The NATO members should then refocus all that effort and resources into the UN security council and its peacekeeping efforts. But that's wishful thinking I'm afraid.
