The world's first liquefied natural gas (LNG)-powered support vessels equipped with four sets of intelligent systems were delivered in Nantong City, east China's Jiangsu Province on Saturday.
China is the first in the world to use such intelligent LNG-powered support ships for offshore oil exploration.
The number of offshore oil exploration ships in the world is 4,400, and more than 300 of them are currently on duty in China.
