Richard Dolan. The Navy & UAP: Controlled Disclosure Continues

"To categorize and destigmatize."

Pilots in all fields have lost patience with how they've been treated when reporting the UAP activity they have seen. From commercial to military pilots, there appears to be a collective rebellion to the control placed on their ability to report their perceptions that was incepted in the early 50s with the Pentagon Robertson Panel. Elements of the military and intelligence community appear to be attempting to shed light on UAPs without running afoul of violating classified programs we all know have been in play for many decades. It's a game of playing dumb on the past (to avoid the wrath of whatever control apparatus exists for this subject) by using the term UAP, and acting like we're all just noticing this now, and focusing on the undisputable testimony of highly trained military officers.
