We saw this seal having lunch while walking along the Breakwater near Ogden Point, Victoria, Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada. Not sure if it was a piece of halibut, or cod, or sole, or what. The Victoria Breakwater was completed in 1916. The breakwater helps divide the Strait of Juan de Fuca (part of the Salish Sea) from the Victoria Harbour.
