Thought I'd try to tackle some of that Blizzcon hype and do a Warcraft character. My first love is fantasy (and Sci-fi), and I'm most comfortable and happy making fantasy characters, and I really like the designs of their orcs, so it was a satisfying project. It's the first time I went half/3rd size, just for the sake of cutting down on expenses. I prefer working huge, lifesize, but in his case, it was just too risky - it would cost a fortune in materials and additional time, and I didn't even know if they'd receive it well in the WoW community. Regardless, I think it turned out well enough.
Sculpted in Chavant NSP, moulded in condensation cure silicone, cast in platinum silicone. Painted with silicone based paints, hair punched, and the eyes are acrylic. The bangles for the hair are cold cast iron, painted with vallejo paints.
