This traffic stop is bizarre. I've never seen a cop this restrained. I would fully expect to be slammed to the ground and arrested if I acted as much of a jackass as this moron. It looks like he's a cop himself, a politician, or has some kind of pull.
A lot depends on the mood of the police. You might not want to be black and have no connections if you want to just drive away with a warning, regardless if you are respectful or not.
