I wonder, at the furthest extent of my speculations, if Joe is being propped up for one final, important, role. I hope I'm wrong about this, but if Joe goes the way of Kennedy and the "shooter" is identified as a Qanon Jan. 6th type, I'm a prophet. But much more likely I think they are just prepping everyone for President KamKam.
