This is my favourite Tom Green prank - he did this just down the road from the McDonalds in Bells Corners. A lot of people don't realize that all of these, including the famed slutmobile prank (see below) aired on Roger's Public Access years before Tom got his show on MTV and recycled all of these as we rolled into 2000.
