This looks dangerous to national firewalls.
Apparently this network is for low-medium density areas, IE rural areas where there is limited or no internet coverage.
It's not a replacement for 5G, more like an alternative to landlines or microwave dishes being used to link things up.
The latency of earth-satellite links is around 30ms each way whereas 5g latency is in the single digits for data that's not too far away.
