Actually, an Osprey catches a Ladyfish, a shark-like shallow-water fish in a video taken in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, that went viral . People went crazy over the "Eagle catches shark" headline. Cool video but it was just an Osprey-many call them sea hawks-catching a Ladyfish that was a few feet long.
I've seen Osprey many times at my cousin's house on Cape Cod and they snag pretty big fish,especially when they bring them back to their nests, which areas have built large poles to house, for their young.
