The news is that ep 6 has been accidentally leaked, apparently.

Watching it now in pretty high quality. It's frustrating so far (about 22 minutes in) because lots of the characters are simply re-wording shit they said earlier this same season.

Quality of the episode?

It's a recording of a player, but's about a B+. I got mine from Pirate Bay, I didn't download that one above.

I know right? Holy shit.

With only one episode left after this, I'm kinda feeling like this is one of the weaker seasons. There seems to be a lot of people with plot armor getting miraculously saved time and time again. They've added all these great battle sequences with dragons raining down fire and soldiers kicking each other's ass, but then they go and undermine all the tension they built with near misses or Guy X saving character Y just in the nick of time. It's cheesy, action movie shit that betrays the promise of the early seasons: that even though it's a fantasy series, there'd be realistic consequences to people's actions. Then there's also the writers really stretching the limits of my imagination with the speed that characters can travel across the map. The way this season has played out just makes it very apparent that D&D are in a rush to the finish.

I noticed a tone and atmosphere change the moment they started this season without a book from which to draw from. An outline shared with them is not a book. You can tell.

Really pissed that I can't fix my errors after I type and save a comment. I'm OCD about this stuff - I can't stand to look at that extra from.

I watched the episode and I feel as if the show has officially jumped the shark. SO predictable and uninteresting.

I think this is one of their strongest seasons, but I'm also a slathering fanboy. I can very easily see people seeing this most recent season as cliche, rushed, and utilizing soap opera tactics.
