why would Iran set a Japanese tanker ablaze when Japanese prime minister Shinzo Abe was in the country negotiating with Iran. Even if one is not a big fan of Iran, the act is too puzzling ,

US Navy has released footage they claim shows IRGC removing an unexploded mine from one of the ships...
The explosions on the 2 ships happened around 6:12am and 7:00am [link]
The IRGC boat is allegedly there at 8:09am [link]
