Seems legit. Don't want to get thrown to the ground then don't resist. If what they are doing is a violation of your rights then any evidence they obtain will be thrown out in court. Never answer questions beyond telling who you are and direct all questions to your attorney. Dumb-ass people need to learn that arguements are for the courtroom, not on the street.

She wasent arrested because she was filming but because she tried to withold evidence after she was detained.
