i was wondering..but you are supposed to open it and let it air arent you? and then preferably drink it within a day or 2..so ive been told..not a wine drinker..but maybe this is useful if you just drink a small glass once a day

its more for resturants that have a expensive bottle of wine for a couple weeks or more the wine keeps its taste and scent
