It's called practice your material to a metronome until you can play it as close to perfection as possible. Then use the absolute best takes and put them on the record.

it's unfortunately the same across multiple medias. DMCAs have being used almost completely in illegal means. It's being used to censor people, it's a major tool in media censorship. It's even used as a tool to knock down competing news groups, media personalities etc. It's all a game of control over the narrative.
