i remember at the time bill clinton had just received a $750,000 speaking fee from the russian state bank, and hillary had singed off on a russian takeover of one of america's uranium mining operations, and so it didn't make sense that russia was supporting trump. also the "massive russian social media campaign" didn't add up with google's findings that $2,000 was spent by russia on pro-trump ads. turns out russia really did favor clinton and the FBI just crossed out "clinton" and wrote in "trump" on their reports to try to force an impeachment.
