Here here. Groan.... Anybody remember the good ol'days.. when a reporter had to go to their editor with corroborating and credible sources before they could get something published? When inaccuracies in reporting meant censure, the destruction of one's professional reputation as well as possibly that of the enitre news organization / newspaper?... Pepperidge farm remembers.

Still exists, but if what is reported does not reflect certain people's opinion they have to resort to the pools and crowders of this world to make life better. Oh, and fact checking is like garlic offered to dracula.
Goes for science as well, the most deluded have alternative "scientists" feeding their bias, hillarious.
