There's also the glaring problem that the masses, including this guy, still believe in WWII propaganda that says it's okay to kill German people because they are "Nazis" and therefore subhuman. People are stupid.

There's propaganda stating that? Has anyone actually followed it?
The general narrative of WWII in the West is a justified war where we fought "the bad guys". And since the Nuremberg trials it's generally accepted that the more prominent Nazis should pretty be hunted down and killed because they committed "the ultimate war crime - the war of aggression"... cough cough Iraq.
People interested in history realise there was the Treaty of Versille, the communist threat & other factors but they're not the majority.
And just so we're clear, neo-nazis are idiot fanboys and cowards.

There's been a steady flow of movies since the war with more than 100 films about the holocaust alone.
