Trump facts:
1. Trump despite complaints against democrats came in to a Republican House and Sentate allowing him to kill Green solar and wind funding and undercutting medicaid enrollment.
2. Trump's original stimulus package wasn't for individuals, it was 2k for businesses only and he didn't give a shit if they fired their employees or not. It wasn't until the democrats and republicans worked together to eliminate everything Trump put it and came out with something that worked.
3. We were the only country just to ban China and nobody else. When it came to real sanctions we were behind countries like Germany who actually had federally mandated lockdown orders for all travel.
4. The steel tariffs created maybe 1000 jobs but because of higher steel prices we lost an estimated 75,000 in peripheral industries. We also need a high tech industry to drive steel demand but we gave all of our solar production to China.
5. The undercut medicaid enrollment left many minorities without healthcare and now we see they have the highest deathrate. The cuts were made to enrollment leading to many shortcomings when the pandemic started to sweep through.
I wouldn't mind the president if he actually lived up to what he said he would do. I haven't seen any evidence of this yet.
