Next semester I take Maritime archeolgy. I took history of past civilizations a few semesters ago and when I finally understood human history it was incredible. To view archeolgy first hand a history lovers dream.

cool stuff. there's a ship down there just waiting for you to find it i have no doubt. marine archeology has to be really interesting because it gives such a broad scope. the rich and the poor all took ships all over the place, and they were part of everyday life from war vessels to traders to fishing ships, all carrying everything from plain old pots of jam to the antikythera mechanism.

Shout out to you too Andy!! I too went back to school and have landed in a sweet new career as an IT Specialist for a federally funded early childhood education organization. It was tedious going to school and not being the main income earner for a few years, but now I'm pulling in a decent salary with flexable hours. Grind it out and hopfully you will be just as satisfied as I am now when you finish.

you write leapfrog software? jokes aside that's interesting. i get a lot of educational materials from the states because the stuff here is so crap. last spiel i heard from a private company was their new tablet lessons. they want to rent these things out and the lessons are literally just videos of a teacher writing on a blackboard and talking to the camera. huuuge advancements wow mind blown...

When you said cryptocurrency I thought you were going to break out you became a millionaire. Two weeks ago I picked a book on Deterministic Operations Research and I kind of fell in love with studying again: for the first time in years I go back to work and actually feel like I'm doing something to get ahead of the curve. If anyone is feeling bad about work, my advise is just go to your local library, pick up a book you think you'll understand, and just start reading. You'd be amazed how much knowledge you can get for free if you dedicate time to it.
