Pickup truck is definetly a douche, but the camaro is going to get all the charges. Being an ass is not illegal on the road, passing on the shoulder is.

Where I live they investigate the cause of the accident.
Sure that camaro is at fault for what he did, but why did he do it?
Because of the other guy being an ass, which is not illegal, up to a certain point.
