fun fact. russia pays families for soldiers that died in ukraine, if they leave a dead body in ukraine, they're not considered dead. they're missing in action and their families get nothing. kinda makes sense why you see so many dead russians. if russians take the bodies, they have to pay the families and admit a soldier was killed
