They surrendered because they ran out of fuel, food, water, ammunition (stated by their commander)
If they already run out of fuel this close to Kyiv..

the ratio is roughly 10:1 of military:civilian casualties which is remarkable for any modern war
in 2006 "Israeli" war on Lebanon the ratio was 1:3
the US drone strikes in Aghanistan caused close to 1:9 casualty ratio & they're not even putting any skin in the game with those tactics - that's peak loser warfare, just murdering mostly civilians without any risk or gain.
Russians on the other hand have their generals on the frontlines & at least one of which has died in battle & are taking such precautions to reduce casualties of civilians & even of Ukie armed forces that it's slowed them down considerably.
The casualties they're not seeking to avoid is the Nazis. They're being evaporated. Some have been captured but I don't like their chance of survival.

2nd video is in Kyiv & it's drunk Ukrainians driving the APC, they were hunting the guy in that car for some crime he'd committed. It was in the first couple weeks of the conflict when shit got wild. That guy survived tho.
I don't know why you'd post those things, you need to stop assuming I a) don't know that bad things are happening, or b) form opinions based on anecdotes

That guy was an elderly man in his 70's and i doubt they were drunk on the battle field, killing their own ppl, or is that what Chinese media tells you,
on another note, Ukrainins don't drive the Russian vehicles because they would get shot by their own, get your facts straight and if you lie make up a better story.
