This is why I'm worried about Daft. He admits himself that he's extremely lazy and low information. All the folks like him are going to have an absolute conniption fit if this doesn't turn out exactly the way the people on their TV screens say it will.
Frankly I'm more interested in the Texas lawsuit. That thing looks like it was put together by top tier professionals.

I could say that but if I did I would be lying. I'm interested in the Texas lawsuit because it was much more coherent than the Pennsylvania lawsuit in its construction. And it also makes an incredibly bold claim on odds and I'm very curious to see how the supreme Court responds to that claim.
