1st video is friendly fire incident in Kyiv in 1st week of the conflict when Kyiv was super paranoid about 'saboteurs' - was mistaken identity, they were ukie soldiers retreating towards Kyiv & for some reason got mistaken for Russians
2nd video is apparently SBU in Dnipropetrovsk (not Kyiv) brutalizing civilians in public. It's just happened so there's many stories whirling around about it but I you believe at face value anything sal9000 alleges I have a bridge to sell you, the majority of his Ukraine posts are disinfo/misinfo
could be pro-Russia Ukrainians, could be armed looters, or something else. Hard to tell at this point.
