What I really wonder, is how many people who voted for him because they beleive in him, now doubt him? He is still like Teflon.

Population density does seem to be a major factor. Low p.d. seems to have saved us from major problems down here in Aus/NZ.
I find Thunderfoot relies a bit much on the stats which tend to oversimplify things sometimes. Eg. predicting what would happen 1 month from now based on spread rate of previous months ignores the new knowledge & counter measures we have. "Opening back up" will be done in a controlled way & response to clusters etc should be far more competent & targetted. Spread rate should be at least halved based on what we've learned so far.
In yesterday's WH address Trump said states will open up in a staggered way, starting with the less-affected ones & that the governers can handle it - governers can further break this down county by county & close up schools/counties etc as needed. It's still all quite crude but this atomic approach will be miles better than doing nothing like before.

The only thing you can do is work with the data that exist. If you make this more complicated you will achieve no added benefit as the data are inaccurate anyway. The measures taken are included in the lowered prediction spread rate. Watch the whole series of videos and you can see how it was derived.
