thanks to gun laws that lot is illegal, whereas in other places they'd just have to hand them straight back and law enforcement wouldn't be able to do anything until the massacre began.

I guess he was selling them or something, NOT planning on a massacre, who the fuck would use a 1000 guns in a mass shooting anyway, lol. I grew up in the town where Remington Arms company started and is still located, most people in the town have arsenals of weapons at their homes becuase people who wrok there get first dibs on defect guns and get a employee discount. With your line of thinking, everyone in my home town are about to commit mass shootings. No mass shootings, no real gun violence to speak of yet you see that happening in places that have very strict guns laws, hmmm, call that a clue.

And, whats your point? No drivebys, no mass shootings, no gun related murders, nothing above average yet we have an above average amount of guns. This idiot fired through a wall, police didnt rush him and shoot hundreds of rounds at him and the neighborhood, could it be becuase he was armed? It ended without violence. It kinda proves my point here. You know one thing I never hear about are home invasions, hmmm, wonder why?

you know why you never hear of it? cause you dont listen, google ilion ny home invasion, you find something. look at this https://www.neighborhoodscout.com/ny/ilion/crime

ranking the cities safety. 9 out 100, 100 being the safest. you think its just a fluke that it has a gun company in town. you think its crime rate is at par compared to other 8k pop towns without gun companies?

and from tmz

"Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the suspect, Girard Saenz, held up a team of house cleaners back in 2017 when he found them on a Malibu property owned by his longtime companion, Cynthia Beck

Our sources say Saenz happened to be driving by the property when he noticed the team of people removing items from the house. Cops say that's when he held them at gunpoint to investigate. Cops eventually intervened and took everyone back to the station to sort it out.It turned out a property manager hired the team to clean the pad ... unbeknownst to Saenz"

Saenz was arrested inside the Holmby Hills home on suspicion of unlawful transportation, giving, lending or selling an assault weapon

Yeah, bullshit crimes associated with high unemployment because the factory is forced to law off people because of stupid bullshit gun laws put in place by people like you. My point is still valid and solidified by your information, even with a high crime rate, there still are no mass shootings or high rates of gun violence related to high gun ownerships. I grew up there, I know there is a drug problem and unemployment problem, I also know there is not a correlation with high gun ownership and gun related crimes as you suggested. "whereas in other places they'd just have to hand them straight back and law enforcement wouldn't be able to do anything until the massacre began."

didn't say he was planning a massacre. the only reason to be making guns is to sell them, and most of those customers will be ones who can't buy a gun legally or deliberately want to avoid the registration process. most of those are going to be for the purpose of crime. when guns are legal you can't arrest someone with a gun until they use it to rob or hurt someone, but when they are illegal just carrying a gun is an arrestable offense, so crime rates are doubly reduced.

Can't get guns in Ottawa. Had at least 7 shootings last year. Let's not forget about the maniac that stormed Parlaiment a couple years back.

Mr. Saenz, who The Los Angeles Times said possessed a license to sell firearms, was arrested on suspicion of unlawfully transporting and selling assault rifles, Lieutenant Ramirez said.

Sounds like his only mistake was deciding to live in the fucking shit hole that is California.

so someone uses the words "assault weapon" and you skip the entire question yet you got no problems with "assault rifles". does this line of thinking make it easier as a republican?

I never got the use of the term "assault" weapon/rifle. Sounds like a propaganda word.
