You know I actually don't know that much about how much of an insurgency there was in post-war Germany. My friend's grandmother was from Holland and she claimed to have been wounded by shrapnel from a grenade tossed by a German insurgent in Holland AFTER the war had ended. Always wondered if that was true or if she was just confused about the precise time it had occured.
