I am still gobsmacked why they have to send digital documents (initially I thought it was originals in paper format, which would have made at least a tiny bit of sense if the office scanner was broken, lol)
Now this whole exercise is completely and utterly brainless unless they want to drag it out as another smear campaign until election day and then conveniently forget about it!
Looking forward to the "conservatives" to make sense of this. Going to be interesting if they can without the aid of pool....

Ive filed hundreds of open records requests throughout the country, most send me the records via email and some send a usb drive. Yes, its strange but not that uncommon. Most email servicers have data caps and file sharing sites might not be secure. Perhaps a usb drive can be better secured?

So this guy seems more concerned about UPS than damming Hunter Biden and Joe Biden documents. Why not just release the documents if he has them? Why rattle on about UPS? Why wouldn't you not use a courier for such important documents?

In the email, Pozharsky thanked Hunter Biden for “inviting me to DC and giving an opportunity to meet your father and spent [sic] some time together.”

The other things found on his hard drive were nude pictures of himself and nude pictures of minors (as young as 14). One of the text messages recovered is him complaining that his brother's widow (who he was fucking) told his therapist that he was making an unsafe environment for her kids because he was sexually inappropriate.
I guess Tucker feels that since that aspect isn't directly linked to how our government is run, he doesn't want to speculate on them. All the stuff involving his overseas deals were directly connected to his father, who is running for president, and will have compromised him in favor of hostile foreign powers.
