We as a nation, are starting to reach a boiling point that transcends race, or nationality. Biden better start a new war soon, because that is how the previous presidents (except Trump) have held this counrty together.

"you as a nation" are -and will be for a while- living the aftermath of 4 years of erratic, incompetent leadership that put an enormous divide not only within "you as a nation" but also between your nation and their allies.

Biden has a lot of repairwork to do...

Trump for 4 years talked about all americans (as one)

Check one box, are you a US Citizen

Biden in the first month as president has separated everyone into groups starting with his own VP last year.

Under Biden,

You have to be trans, black, latino, a woman, a roflcopter, you name it.

How is that unity?

whatever trumptalked about wasn't recieved as such by the american public, though, as the US internally devided further and further during his presidency. As so often this was just his babble contradicting facts (but hey, since trump there are alternative facts one part of the populationis happy with.

At least you didn't even try to contradict the rest of what I wrote. Kudos!

I all read was:

{ daftcunt snide remark }

Although, you didn't deny that the RACIST actions of the now US President for nominating a VP candidate based on critera of Race and Gender should be condemned. And yes racist; a favorable or unfavorable act toward a skin color or ethnicity.

If he actually did appoint the VP simply because of gender and race I would agree that is not a desireable decision.

Show us some undeniable proof for that, though....

To be fair he was pressured into it. He committed in picking a female live, then all the networks and democrats were like she better be a woman of color.   Thus he picked his VP firstly by looking at the Gender and race of his candidates, there was an interview with Al Sharpton which really applied presurre and he had to reassure him he was looking at black women, more than one.

Anyone remember when Stacy Abrams thought it was going to be her, and she was rejected live, when she wasn't asked? Good stuff.

You can google the "pressure for woman of color VP" to see how much the democrats play to their audience. Color matters more than the abilty to the job in their eyes. Biden went with the flow.   Just facts. Kamala was on of, if not the 1st Democrat to end her campaign, no one like her after Tulsi crushed her. She has powerful friends though... just saying.

Of course it was a political statement to choose a black woman, however, this would only have an effect on government if he chose her over someone more competent. She was one of a choice of people of colours and genders and he chose her because she ticks various boxes.

Unfortunately this isn't and cannot be made an anonymous process, as all involved are fairly well known.

We will really only know whether he runs his ship better than trump in a few months time by judging how many people got replaced (one already had to resign). I think trump "fired" more staff in the first half year than Obama in his 8 years, which then was a very early indication of extremely incompetent leadership / staff selection.
