This is murder porn that tries to pretend that it's art, just like a wolf in sheep clothing or a psychopath that pretends he is just like the rest of us.

The only thing that could be of value in this movie is the shockingly realistic portrail of the caracteristics that make up a high level psycopath. Mind you not all psycopaths are murdering sadistic incarnations of pure evil but the caracteristics that make them so cruel are there to varring degrees.

And although this is just a movie and falls in the realm of imagination there is a stark realisation that there were and still are "people" out there in the real world that are like that.
