I'd say it goes back to allowing divorces and not forcing marriage when a girl gets pregnant. Started in the late 60's, early 70's, lead to single moms raising kids that lead to the crime wave of the 80's and 90's, decreased when RvW allowed abortions(Late 90s-present). Most, if not all of these mass shooters, BLM rioters, antifa, etc... come from broken homes without a dad around to beat their asses! LOL. Or they have pussified dads, still dont beat their asses!

That push in the late 60's dovetails with the emergence of Marcuse-stye wokeism, so there is a relationship there, but Planned Parenthood was targeting minority communities to lower their birthrate out of horror that they were reproducing too quickly and might overwhelm the white population long before that.
