What was the personal fine for Zuckerberg and why would I not be surprised if it is (close to) 0?

According to Google, Fuckerberg's net worth is US$75.5 billion. An FTC fine of US$5 billion on the corporatocracy is merely an inconvenient tax.

The fine was placed on Facebook, not on Zuckerberg, though. Right?

Fuckerberg owns 28.2% of Fuckbook's B shares stock. Using an US$85 billion valuation, Fuckerberg's stake is worth just shy of US$24 billion.

Fuckerberg's personal corporatocracy fine for being a lying white collar criminal? US$0.

Someone needs to update his blinking ratios and talking speed . I would suggest 20% more blinks and around 15% less speed .
