Welllll, Lindsey Graham demanded witnesses in the Senate trial for the removal of Willy Clinton in 1999 which was absolutely right but now he is against calling any witnesses in the Senate trial of Donald Trump. Why? Is it a golf buddy thing? A purely partisan thing? Graham, Mitch McConnell, and everyone from the Trump camp is totally against the calling of key witnesses to get, in the words of Lindsey, "The truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth", people "Who were there and have first-hand knowledge of the issue" like John Bolton, Mike Pompeo, Rudy Giuliani, and Mick Mulvaney. My guess is they don't want them because the only result would be damaging negative testimony against Trump but that is pure speculation. I like the idea of Hunter Biden and whoever else might add at least something to the trial because "No Senate trial has ever not had witnesses" according to 1999 Lindsey and that shouldn't change.
