The Weinsteins are atheists, but they aren't possessed by an ideology so they can think critically and clearly in a manner that integrates properly with the scientific method and best practices. You are the example of the problem science is struggling with right now, and those who are not ideologically possessed, from all parts of the political spectrum, are now turning their gaze in your direction.
