Glendale records show half truths, omissions in wake of tasing scandal

The City of Glendale and its police department have released video, information, and statements that contain several half-truths and blatant omissions in the wake of a scandal stemming from the July 2017 arrest of Johnny Wheatcroft, according to new documents and emails obtained by ABC15 through a public records request.

part of the reason it's absurd to have separate police forces. pretty much every other developed country just has the police, as in no city police or state police, just branches of the same police force everywhere, so there's no way to hide and you don't get tribe mentality among the multiple forces.
